So,siapa gaji basic RM4K tapi dapat gak elaun travelling RM500. Gaji bermaksud Gaji Basic + semua pembayaran berkaitan pekerjaan KECUALI:Ī) Rumah, makanan, petrol,utility mcm elektrik dan air, kemudahan perubatan atau setara yg ditanggung majikanī) Caruman majikan kepada EPF, dana pencen,retrenchment / termination benefit etc.Ĭ)Elaun perjalanan atau apa² berkaitan dgn manfaat perjalanan untuk pekerjaan.ĭ) Bonus tahunan atau partial annual bonus payment (kadang² ada bonus dibayar 3x setahun, 4x setahun)Į) Apa² special allowance berkaitan kerja. Nota kaki pasal maksud gaji dalam Akta Kerja 1955 mcm kat bawah ni: ✅Pekerja yg gaji nya RM4,000 ke bawah boleh dapat OT.
